The best hospitality products answer to different needs at once. With IQ Tap for Nektar Natura Group, our task was to design a beverage dispensing system that offers guests a smooth, premium experience while making service easier to manage, more efficient and more reliable for staff.

That dual focus shaped the project from the start. Guests benefit from a refined, consistent serving experience; staff from a system that reduces operational friction through automated cleaning, enhanced sanitation, remote access, POS integration, consumption insights and timely refill notifications.

Sustainability was also an important part of the product vision from the beginning. With recyclable materials, low energy use, eco-friendly refrigerants and carbon-footprint reporting, IQ Tap reflects a more thoughtful and sustainable approach to contemporary hospitality – one that can support hotels and venues in meeting sustainability targets, pursuing certifications and enhancing their attractiveness in a competitive market.
